01Four ways to pay
The developer's schedule has four genuinely different options. Move the example price, add the extras, and compare what each option asks of you now, by stage, and in total.
Every option starts with a THB 150,000 reservation; the contract follows within 30 days.
Option 1
35% at contract, the rest by construction stage
Rental pool 60:40
No discount; the home joins the 60:40 rental pool.

100% within 30 days: 10% off, or 6% a year back until 2027

03Owning it
We confirm the billing period of the common-area fee in writing with your offer.
Prices are on a leasehold basis. Freehold is THB 450,000 more for a one-bedroom, within the 49% foreign quota of the building.
The 60:40 rental pool applies to options 1, 2 and 3; rental income starts once the hotel operation and management start.
